We contacted Wayne at Washercare after our old dishwasher broke and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. He replaced it with a fantastic new Bosch one, having listened to our requirements, within a day of contacting him. He did give us the option of trying to repair the old one but after giving the matter some thought we decided that replacing it with a superior brand would be the best option.
Wayne was extremely efficient, meticulous and friendly, and gave us some great advice. He also helped us activate the 5-year warranty and took the old dishwasher away which made everything so easy.
Excellent service, great value for money and a really nice, helpful guy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wayne and he will always be our first port of call in future if we have any dishwasher or washing machine issues.
